Pernell is currently a junior double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Within the College of Business Administration, he is the President-Chairman of EXCEL Student Business Organization and sits on the CBA President’s Council. Pernell is employed for the Department of Residence as an RA in Bender Hall. In this position, Pernell sits on the RA Selection committee, the Inclusive Communities committee, and contributes to enhancing the Bender community of over 500 residents. He is also a current NISG Senator representing Bender Hall. As for serving his fellow Panthers, Pernell was appointed by Principal Financial Group to serve as the UNI Principal Ambassador where he develops student opportunities and strengthens relationships between institutions. Pernell serves as an experienced mentor. He has been a Gaining Panther Success student mentor for two years.

Clarence is currently a senior accounting major at UNI. As an RA in Campbell Hall, he tends to the needs of more than 500 UNI students daily. He also serves on the Executive Board for EXCEL, as a Student Representative on the UNI Student Conduct Committee, and was recently appointed by the Vice President of Student Services to serve on the Director of Admissions Search Committee. As a member of Student Admissions Ambassadors (SAA), he is afforded the opportunity to tell the world about all the wonderful things UNI has to offer. Clarence has been a member of the Honors Program since 2005 and often appears on the CBA Dean's List.
