We will strive to make UNI an affordable institution while maintaining the quality of education provided.

Our plan is to work with the Board of Regents and the State of Iowa to advocate college affordability.

Understanding that lobbying can have a positive impact on reducing annual tuition rate increases, our goal for the student body is to strengthen our voice and extend our visibility in lobbying efforts. During our term, we will initiate a University-wide lobbying campaign to promote and educate students on lobbying processes and benefits. We will also focus on strengthening NISG’s lobbying organization, Panther Ambassadors.
