The safety of our student body is a priority. We will utilize available resources to ensure safety and security maintenance on campus and surrounding community.

We will work closely with UNI Police and Public Safety to educate students to protect themselves. We will also develop and continue to support projects implementing established night walkways with lighting and sufficient patrol, strengthen student ties with UNI police by increasing involvement in the advisory committee, and notify students of university services for safety needs.

We will ensure our objectives are met by adding a new cabinet level position dedicated to campus security.
